Our Home Story
Surrounded by the Unesco Heritage Site of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, and right between the beautiful towns of Soller and Fornalutx you'll find us, in the picturesque villa of Biniaraix.
Designated as an Asset of Cultural Interest, Biniaraix ended up being where we found our home, an Art Nouveau original construction from 1900, nestled between centuries-old trees overlooking the Soller valley, a haven for nature lovers and adventurers alike.
C'an Baia
Our house is one of two century-old twin villas standing out as a charming and unique dwelling on the edge of Biniaraix.
We fell in love with its traditional Art Nouveau architecture, the outstanding landscape setting, and privileged location between two of the most beautiful towns in Spain, Soller and Fornalutx.
Lower Level
You'll find two entires at street level, main and service (were horses used to eb fed), in this level is where you'll also find an indoor water well connected to the mountain spring.
